The Plantation Room at Historic
Cox Corner offers the perfect location
for all your gatherings, large and small
Plantation Room Rental $125 per day
Included in this cost are the following:
Seating for up to 75 guests
Plates—variety of sizes and styles
Cups and saucers
Punchbowl and cups
Coffee maker and pump pot
Table cloths are available at a fee of $7.00 per table
All dishes are to be washed and put away.
No alcoholic beverages are to be
served on the premises.
No smoking allowed in building.
No glass to be taken outdoors.
All trash is to be removed from the
building upon departure.
No nails, staples, tape or tacks are to be
used on the walls or furniture.
Reservations must be cancelled 30 days
prior to booked event to receive full refund.
There is a $100 security deposit that will
be returned to you upon inspection of the building.
You will be charged for the replacement of any
damaged item and for the repair costs
to the building and its contents.
Items not provided in rental:
Napkins, Ice, Food Items
