The Plantation Room at Historic
Cox Corner offers the perfect location
for all your gatherings, large and small

Plantation Room Rental $125 per day

Included in this cost are the following:
•        Seating for up to 75 guests
•        Seasonal centerpieces
•        Plates—variety of sizes and styles
•        Cups and saucers
•        Stemware
•        Flatware
•        Punchbowl and cups
•        Coffee maker and pump pot
•        Cleaning fee

Table cloths are available at a fee of $7.00 per table

  • All dishes are to be washed and put away.
  • No alcoholic beverages are to be served on the
  • No smoking allowed in building.
  • No glass to be taken outdoors.
  • All trash is to be removed from the building upon
  • No nails, staples, tape or tacks are to be used on the
    walls or furniture.
  • Reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to
    booked event to receive full refund.
  • There is a $100 security deposit that will be returned to
    you upon inspection of the building.
  • You  will be charged for the replacement of any
    damaged item and for the repair costs to the
  • building and its contents.

Items not provided in rental:
Napkins, Ice, Food Items
