2018 Regional Healthcare
Foundation Scholarship Winner!!!
The recipient of the 2018 RHF Scholarship is Noah
Hester from Bloomfield, Missouri. Noah is the son of
John Hester. He plans to attend Missouri State
University in the Fall and pursue a degree in physical
therapy. Noah attended Mini Medical School during
the Summer of 2016 at the University of Missouri
School of Medicine. He enjoys helping others and
Volunteers at nursing homes, museums, church,
Make a Difference Day, and other activities in the
community. Congratulations Noah!!!
Chronic Disease
Self-Management Course

Developed by Stanford University, this free
six-week program is designed to assist you in
developing a  self-management program to help
you stay active and enjoy doing the things that
you love. It is for caregivers or people living with
Arthritis, Asthma, Lupus, Fibromyalgia, Heart
disease, Diabetes, COPD, Emphysema, and
other chronic conditions. Topics include:
Managing symptoms, stress, and fatigue;
Nutrition   and exercise; Dealing with difficult  
emotions; Effective problem solving; Forming a
partnership with your health  
care team and more.
