RHF Fitness Challenge

Southeast Health provided cutting boards
for participants in the Regional Healthcare
Foundation “TRI” Team Fitness Challenge.

County.   One of the key points stressed in
the competition is healthy nutrition.  
Participants appreciated the cutting boards
because salads are a focus food for
weight loss.

Self-Management Course

Developed by Stanford University, this free
six-week program is designed to assist you in
developing a  self-management program to help
you stay active and enjoy doing the things that you
love. It is for caregivers or people living with
Arthritis, Asthma, Lupus, Fibromyalgia, Heart
disease, Diabetes, COPD, Emphysema, and other
chronic conditions. Topics include: Managing
symptoms, stress, and fatigue; Nutrition   and
exercise; Dealing with difficult  emotions; Effective
problem solving; Forming a partnership with your
health   care team and more.

Classes offered in 13 Bootheel Counties.  Click on

your hands. Our re-sale shop is always
accepting donations you would love for
someone else to enjoy. You may drop your
items off at 1st Thursday or our office on
Grant street. We will be more than happy to
accept your donations to be used in our
re-sale shop.  You may also contact Linda
Ulm at 624-0365 and she will schedule a
time to meet with you.  Tax credit forms are
available upon request
